Davis, dedicated many years to teaching economics at Gulf Breeze High, where she was recognized for her outstanding teaching skills and selected as “Florida Teacher of the Year”. Her commitment to her community was further underscored when she decided to run and was elected to the House of Representatives.

In 1999, she obtained her real estate license joining NAI Pensacola in 2004. By 2010, she had risen to the position of vice president, where she played a crucial role in expanding the company’s market presence. In 2018, she became the sole owner and Broker of NAI Pensacola after successfully executing a management buyout.

With decades of experience in commercial real estate brokerage, Davis has represented a diverse range of clients, including city and county governments, shopping centers, business parks, and Class A office buildings across Northwest Florida. Her notable projects include the sale of Quietwater Business Park, the management of the Tiger Point Golf Course disposition, and various shopping center transactions. Davis has skillfully navigated numerous complex land deals, leveraging her extensive market expertise and experience to negotiate effectively and successfully ensure winning outcomes for her clients at every turn.
