Patrick possesses a wealth of knowledge in various facets of commercial construction, ranging from the initial permitting stage and due diligence process to effectively managing costs and ensuring successful project completion. Patrick implements key oversite programs for our managed properties providing the necessary details from key fundamentals to high-tech preventative maintenance programs on managed properties HVACS, parking lots, roofing, and other equipment for proper operations, functionality, and longevity. His effective and organized maintenance programs provide a well-maintained space for our tenants. Patrick’s vast experience and shrewd observations have saved building owners financially and improved the health and longevity of the asset.
