Teresa Wiseman joined NAI Pensacola in 2003 and serves as the firm’s Marketing Director & Office Manager. With more than two decades of experience in commercial real estate, she leads the company’s marketing strategy, brand development, listing promotion and digital presence while supporting the operational systems that keep the firm moving efficiently.

Teresa develops comprehensive marketing campaigns for commercial sales, leasing, investment and property management assignments. Her work includes property positioning, copywriting, graphic design, digital advertising, website and SEO management, GIS mapping, demographic research, email marketing, social media, video content and listing-platform optimization. She also oversees listing coordination, marketing workflows, contract administration and internal processes that support the brokerage team and enhance client service.

Known for combining market knowledge with creative strategy and practical execution, Teresa focuses on presenting each property with clarity, accuracy and a compelling market position. Her ability to integrate traditional commercial real estate marketing with modern digital tools helps NAI Pensacola deliver measurable exposure and consistent results for its clients.
