Scope of Service
Tommy Tait serves as a Senior Broker Associate with NAI Pensacola’s office in Pensacola. He is involved in selling and leasing land and industrial properties for his diverse client base. Tommy is a skilled negotiator with extensive experience representing buyers, sellers and investors of commercial real estate. Investors trust his advice, market knowledge and dedication to provide them an advantage in achieving their business goals
Background & Experience
Prior to joining NAI Pensacola, Tommy had a stellar 50-year career in local banking and financial management that started as a runner when he was a teenager and culminated at Summit Bank, N.A., where he served as Pensacola Market President. He is an expert in corporate and commercial real estate finance and has held his license as a Florida Real Estate Broker for 40 year
Education
Tommy Tait graduated from the University of West Florida after graduating from Pensacola State College, where he would later serve as the governor appointed Chairman of the Board of Trustees. He is a graduate of the School of Banking of the South at LSU, the School of Mortgage Banking at Northwestern, and the National School of Real Estate Finance at Ohio State University. In between, he was a proud U.S. Army Reservist from 1968 to 1974
