Background & Experience

With over twenty years of Commercial Real Estate experience, Tinas’ primary role was Property Management.  Since joining NAI Pensacola in 2015 she has been very successful in selling, leasing and managing property.  Her passion is specializing in both Tenant and Landlord representation.  She likes the challenge of the hunt for those looking for property and for the four word challenge she likes to tell the Landlords she represents on leasing “One Hundred Percent Occupied”.  She consistently creates value for her clients with her superior market research, knowledge and analytical way of thinking.  

Prior to joining NAI in 2015, she managed over a million square feet of class “A” office space in downtown New Orleans, Louisiana for a REIT Equity Office Properties and Hertz Investment Group.  Following a successful property management career, she moved on to a Director of Sales position for an assisted living as well as consulting for low census properties successfully increasing occupancy and revenue.

Tina is known for her outstanding service to clients and tenants alike.  The result can be readily measured in continuously high tenant retention levels and satisfied repeat clients.
